Terms of Service

Scope

These terms are an agreement between you and superview llc, 30 N Gould St Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States, the operator of anylocale. By creating an account or using anylocale, you accept them.

Business use

anylocale is intended for business use by app developers, publishers and the teams working for them. By using anylocale, you confirm that you are acting as a business, not as a consumer.

The service

anylocale imports the strings files you upload, translates them with AI, lets your team review and verify the translations, runs automated quality checks on them, and stores and delivers the verified strings to your applications. Features may evolve over time.

Your account

You must provide accurate information when signing up and keep access to your account secure. You are responsible for activity that happens under your account and under the accounts of team members you invite.

AI output

Translations are produced by AI and can be wrong. Nothing is delivered to your users unless you, or a rule you configured, approve it. Review AI output before you publish it; you remain responsible for what you publish.

Pricing and payment

anylocale is a paid subscription. The plans and their prices are listed at anylocale.com/pricing; prices exclude VAT, which is added at checkout where it applies. Subscriptions are billed in advance, monthly or yearly, and renew automatically at the end of each period until you cancel. You can cancel from Settings > Billing at any time; the cancellation takes effect at the end of the period already paid for, and we do not refund partial periods. Payments are processed by Stripe. If a payment fails, Stripe retries it; if it keeps failing, access to the organization is suspended until a payment succeeds, and your data is kept.

We may change prices or plans. Price changes for an existing subscription take effect no earlier than 30 days after we have notified you by email, and you may cancel before then.

Your content and responsibilities

Your strings, translations and organization data remain yours. You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of what you publish through anylocale, and for having the right to use the data you upload. We process that data on your behalf as described in the privacy policy.

Acceptable use

You may not use anylocale for unlawful purposes, to publish unlawful or misleading content, to abuse the platform, to attempt to disrupt the service, or to attempt to access other organizations' data.

Availability and changes to the service

We aim to keep anylocale available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Maintenance, updates and factors outside our control can cause downtime or delayed delivery. We may change or discontinue features; if we discontinue the service entirely, we will give you reasonable notice to export your data.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are liable only for damages caused intentionally or by gross negligence, and our total liability is limited to the amounts you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect damages such as lost profits or for the consequences of translations you approved. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

Termination

You can stop using anylocale and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. On termination, your data is handled as described in the privacy policy.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA. If mandatory rules of your country of residence grant you protection that cannot be waived, they remain unaffected.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the service evolves. We will announce material changes in advance; continued use after a change takes effect counts as acceptance.
